Flexible Booking

Schedule a Tour then choose a day and time that works for you and your budget. LVSH Events accepts one-time event bookings and long-term commitments. We can provide:

  • WiFi

  • Bluetooth Speakers

  • Plenty of Counter Space

  • Ample Off-street Parking

  • Tables & Chairs (choice of white or black chair covers)

  • Chaffing Dishes (food warmers)

  • Fully Functional ADA Compliant Restroom

  • Central Air/Heat

  • Space For Up To 100 Guests

PLEASE NOTE: A $200 non-refundable down payment is required for packages 1 and 2; $150 non-refundable down payment is required for group events. Any remaining balance is due ONE WEEK prior to event date. If payment is not received, your time slot will be forfeited. By booking and reserving your time you agree to these terms and conditions.

THE EVENT SPACE MUST BE LEFT IN THE CONDITION IT WAS RENTED – TRASH MUST BE TAKEN TO THE DUMPSTERS IN THE REAR OF THE BUILDING AND FLOORS MUST BE SWEPT. CHAIRS MUST BE FOLDED AND MOVED TO THE REAR. LINENS MUST ALSO BE FOLDED AND PLACED IN THE PROVIDED BIN.

Events with alcohol require a RAMP certified bartender.

Smoking is not permitted.
